Cell lines were exposed to 5 fractions of 2 Gy irradiation over one week and then allowed to recover for two weeks, followed by a second course of 5 fractions of 2 Gy over one week and an additional 2-week recovery period. Subsequently, RR cells were collected for RNA-seq analysis, western blotting, and sensitivity to radiation using the clonogenic assay to compare the parental and RR sublines and created with BioRender.com.
