In the early arterial phase, there was a rapid spoke-wheel enhancement of the lesion (arrows) from the centre to the periphery (A). In portal venous (B) and late phase, the lesion remained iso-enhanced compared with adjacent liver parenchyma, indicating that the lesion is benign (C).
