Hepatoma Research is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and fully adhere to its Code of Conduct and to its Best Practice Guidelines.


Hepatoma Research is a member of and subscribes to the principles of STM. Authors of HR can reuse a certain quantity of article contents from the chargeable publications of other STM members for free in their submissions to HR.


Hepatoma Research is a member of ORCID and our MESAs system has been connected with ORCID. After submissions to HR are published, they will be automatically synchronized to the authors' ORCID accounts if the authors have connected their MESAs accounts with ORCID accounts. HR's reviewers can choose to synchronize their review records to their ORCID accounts when filling in review reports.


Hepatoma Research is a member of Crossref, which makes research outputs easy to find, cite, link, assess, and reuse.


All submissions to Hepatoma Research are checked for plagiarism by iThenticate.


All published articles in Hepatoma Research are enriched with a record of the current article status.
