2021 Annual Report of Hepatoma Research

Thanks to the great effort and contributions made by authors, Editorial Board Members, reviewers, webinar supporters, readers as well as the Editorial Office staff, Hepatoma Research has achieved significant results and progress in the past year. Hereby, we would like to share the development of the journal in 2021 from the following aspects.

1. Editorial Board
As of December 31, 2021, 132 Editorial Board Members joined Hepatoma Research from 18 countries, including the USA, China, Italy, South Korea, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Greece, Spain, Australia, Turkey, the UK, Egypt, Finland, India, Pakistan, Brazil, and Poland.

2. Authorship
The Authors of Hepatoma Research in 2021 come from 22 countries and regions.

3. Readership
The Readers of Hepatoma Research range globally, including the United States (26%), India (9%), China (11%), Egypt (5%), the United Kingdom (4%), South Korea (4%), Italy (3%), Pakistan (2%), Thailand (2%) and other 223 countries and regions.

4. Highly Cited Papers
Hepatoma Research published 78 papers in 2021, including 45 reviews, 15 original articles, 6 perspectives, 2 case reports, 1 Technical Note, and 1 Guideline. Here are highly cited papers for recommendation in 2021:

In March 2021, Hepatoma Research was indexed in American Chemical Abstracts Service(CAS). In August 2021, Hepatoma Research was indexed in Scopus.
