A total of 38 articles were published online in 2017, most of which were research articles and reviews. The majority of authors were from China, United States, Japan and other countries/regions. At the same time, the total numbers of single page views and downloads were much higher than that of 2016, and the number of published articles decreased by 14 compared to 52 in 2016.

With the selection of high-quality manuscripts, readers of HR in 2017 have been distributed in more than 168 countries and regions around the world, significantly increased compared with that in 2016. Among them, five of the published manuscripts received extensive attention from readers.
